About Us

Jasmin Wallen is an accomplished Director of Collections with over 22 years of experience in the debt collections industry, whom is a trusted and effective leader who knows how to drive exceptional results. She began her career as an entry-level collector, where she quickly demonstrated her talent for negotiating with debtors and collecting outstanding debts.

Over the years, Jasmin has honed her skills in all aspects of collections, including skip tracing, negotiations, compliance, and customer service. As a Director of Collections within New Day Collections, she oversees our teams of collectors, providing guidance and support to ensure that collection targets are met with high levels of customer satisfaction and compliance within industry regulations.

She has a track record of delivering measurable improvements in collections performance and employee engagement and is known for her ability to maintain strong relationships with clients and all key stakeholders.

Outside of work Jasmin enjoys spending time with her family, exploring the outdoors, and pursuing her passion for being an artist.
